Products purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable.
You have the chance to 'try before you buy'. If you have not tested our free evaluation versions from our download site(s), PLEASE do so before you place your order to make sure that the product you are ordering may be helpful for you or not.
We do NOT Guarantee FULL or PARTIAL data recovery and NO Refund will be issued if Software Fails to recover your Data.
Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing a software license. During the evaluation period, technical support is available by sending e-mail to or live chat support on our website.
It is not possible for us to keep track installation, un-installation, removing or deleting downloadable software on customers PC and therefore we don't issue refunds for downloadable products to avoid continued use after reimbursement.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.
Fraudulent online Transaction Claims, Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims
All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
We record all IP Addresses (even if you’re using IP mask) for all transactions, investigate and prosecute all credit card frauds to the fullest extent of the International law.
Data Recovery assurance and Data Recovery Capabilities
We do NOT Guarantee Full or Partial data recovery from your storage media. We use the "pre-purchase trial" strategy to allow our customers to try and test our products prior to purchase. The potential purchasers/customers are invited to download a free demo/evaluation version of the software product from our Web site to test, evaluate and get a full understanding of its capabilities and ease of use of the product. If you are assured of its capability, then make the purchase of the working software.
Due to nature of Crash, condition of storage media, type and/or cause and/or of data loss, overwriting of actual data, results may vary from the trial and working software. EVEN FULL VERSION SOFTWARE MAY FAIL TO RECOVER YOUR DATA.
YOU PURCHASE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE POSSIBILITY OF FULL OR PARTIAL DATA RECOVERY.
Delivery of Product
After placing formal Order, You’ll receive an e-mail (Generally, within 5 minutes) from us, having FULL version software Downloading link and Activation Key.

Using the Software
NEVER Copy/install/write anything in the Crashed media, from which you want to recover data, it may Cause overwriting and make Data Recovery impossible.
NEVER save Recovered Data in Same Disk or storage media from which you’re trying to recover Data. It may Cause Overwriting of lost data and may make Data Recovery impossible.
The trial software does not have the Data saving option. It is recommended to un-install the trial software before installing the working software.
This software has to be installed on a working Microsoft Windows based PC only. You may perform data recovery from unlimited number of disks (connect as slave/secondary/external) and enjoy life time usage of software.
This software is for personal use and is not to be used for commercial benefits. You may use the software as per the license agreement displayed at the time of installation.
